1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SneakAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SneakAI is a macOS application that provides an AI-assisted floating overlay for chat, live screen reading, and interview coaching. Access to premium features requires a valid paid subscription pass.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@sneakai.in.

5. Payments & Billing

SneakAI offers time-limited access passes (e.g., 7-day or 30-day). These are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6. Permitted Use

SneakAI may be used for personal productivity, interview preparation, and professional work assistance. You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use the App in a manner that violates the terms of any third-party service (e.g., video call platforms).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software within SneakAI are the intellectual property of SneakAI and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for any particular purpose. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before relying on them in professional contexts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SneakAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
