Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

SneakAI provides downloadable desktop software (macOS and Windows) and digital entitlements (free trial, lifetime license, and credit packs). There is no physical shipment and no shipping charges of any kind.

2. How & When You Receive Your Purchase

• Instant activation. Once your payment is confirmed by our payment partner, the corresponding entitlement (trial, license, or credits) is applied to your SneakAI account automatically — typically within a few seconds.
• Software download. The desktop app is available any time from the Download page once you are signed in.
• Confirmation. You can verify your license, credit balance, and license key any time on your Account page.

3. Delivery Delays or Issues

In the rare event that your payment succeeds but your account is not credited (for example, a temporary technical issue), contact us at support@sneakai.in with your payment Order ID. We will deliver your purchase or, if we cannot, issue a refund as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. System Requirements

Because delivery is digital, please ensure your device meets the minimum requirements listed on the Download page (macOS 13 Ventura or later; Windows 10 64-bit or later) and that you have a working internet connection.
