Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Auto-Renewal
SneakAI sells time-limited access passes (e.g., 7-day Basic or 30-day Pro). These are one-time payments — there is no automatic renewal and no subscription that auto-deducts from your account. When your pass expires, you simply choose to purchase a new one if you wish to continue.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:
- Within 24 hours of purchase and the access pass has not been activated (i.e., you have not signed in to the app after payment).
- The app had a critical technical failure that prevented you from using it and our support team was unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase.
- The access pass has been used (you have signed in and used any feature).
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- The issue is due to your device not meeting the minimum system requirements (macOS 13 Ventura or later).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@sneakai.in with:
- Your registered email address.
- The Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
- A brief reason for the request.
We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Cancellation of Account
You may delete your SneakAI account at any time by contacting support@sneakai.in. Account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for any active or expired access pass.
